Shadow Work

The more intimately connected you are with your inner self- the subconscious,

The more salient and clairvoyant you become!

A shallow and superficial relationship with your subconscious will evoke and ruin your unconscious,

Only for you to find later that you have been doing everything wrong,

Going into wrong directions,

Messing with wrong people and relating with narrow cliches- that you need to be recovered from…

Shadow work is integral if you want to overcome the shallowness within you,

To overcome the jealousy, narrowness and small thinking patterns, you must confront your shadow self and conquer.

After accepting your shadows can you revive and recover….

This time as a strong person with clarity and maturity; painstaking you hone the integration,

Damn! This is the painful sublimating process of individuation,

You will be broken and rebuilt,

And, deconstructed only to be reconstructed again and again and shed layers,

Layers of your old selves,

Layers of betrayals and shallowness,

Layers of selfishness and stinginess,

Now, you appear crystal clear- reborn without any remorse,

Reborn like a Christ in new season.
